BLOGGERS CHALLENGE: MAKE IT SHIMMER

Hi All! Welcome to todays Bloggers Challenge! This week's Bloggers Challenge is to make it SHIMMER!!  This is a Double Pocket Bag I made using Unity Stamps Birthday Confetti Stamp set. I am loving the versatility of it. This stamp set is a fun Birthday set!

The directions for the Double Pocket Bag are from Splitcoast Stampers.
These are the materials I used to make this project:
Stamp Sets: Confetti Birthday
Cardstock: Nana's Kids with Glitter DP, Ballet Blue, Only Orange, Whisper White, Summer Sun - ink too! :)
Accessories: Dimensionals, Stickles, Paper Snips, Green Galore eyelets, Crop-o-dile, Old Olive 5/8 inch ribbon, 1/4 inch circle
punch, Stamp-a-ma-jig, Scor-Pal
Copic Markers: Y17, B32, YR07

On the Tassle portion of the hat - I cut between the tassles and put in different areas - to give it different dimension - one to two dimensionals to pop it up at different heights. I took a few different pictures so you could see the different heights. I also popped up some of the circles on the hat.

Thank you for looking! Have a great day!

Hi Chris,

What a shimmery card indeed! You nailed this one, Sweetie! I love the tassle! Thank you for explaining how you made it! The whole design of the card is just incredible! You make it look like a piece of cake! The colors are so festive!

I noticed that you used a stamp-a-ma-jig on this! I received one as a wonderful gift...because I can not stamp straight to save my life...but I don't understand the written directions well...even the ones on SCS. Have you done a tutorial on how to use it? I know I would use it ALL OF THE TIME, once I get it figured out? Just wondering if you have a tutorial.

Have a safe and wonderful holiday! And, thank you for showing these patriotic cards of late, it reminds me of the real meaning of Memorial Day...to remember those men and women who lost their lives while preserving our freedom as Americans. God Bless you and your family, Chris!
