Hello!!! I hope this finds you having a FABULOUS week. I am enjoying a very quiet week and getting A LOT accomplished! I was able to stamp this card on Monday. Normally the Sweet Stop Sketch is on Saturdays...and it still is, but I had some company last week and wasn't able to finish the card, so I am LATE!

I used the Technique Junkies Newsletter August technique called Zig Zag on the top using Basic Grey DP, however, I am thinking it didn't work well with this paper. :) It looks all right, but to get the desired effect, I didn't quite pull it off.
The stamp set I used is from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps called Autumn Blessings. I used Copics to color this leaf and while digging in my stamp room found a whole bunch of Hodgepodge that I haven't touched in ages!
Today, I will be preparing for Vacation Bible School, I will be teaching the Kindergarteners. That should be lots of fun!

Beautiful card, Chrissy! The coloring on the leaf is so neat -- mostly green with just a little bit of those fall colors edging in -- perfect for this time of year! I'm so glad to see you back and posting again. :-)
