A Little Vintaj Fun!

Hello Everyone - Today I am going to share a project using the fabulous Vintaj Natural Brass Hardware and Patinas.   I have a short tutorial HERE.

Susana has a bunch of fabulous folders with several designs for you to choose from Vintaj Sizzix Embossing Folders -I used the Vintaj Sizzix Embossing Folders - Acorn Hollow

Use the Vintaj Relief Sanding Block to create more contrast and shine to the raised embossed areas.  Using the Tim Holtz Water Brush  and the Patinas in the colors you choose ( I used the Weathered Copper Patinas) stipple the opaque ink on the surface. Using a paper towel, blot off the excess color. Allow to dry for a few minutes. Clean the brush on scrap paper. Use the Vintaj Relief Sanding Block to finish and polish your embellishment.

 Stamps: Sampler #6, Peaceful Hat
Paper: Bazzil, the Country Boutique Fancy Pants Designs Patterned Paper
Accessories and Tools:Confection Perfect Pearls, Creative Inspirations Paints - Emerald, Green Olive, Red, Tan, Viva Pearl Pen Red , Gold and Dark Brown, Vintaj Sizzix Embossing Folders - Acorn Hollow , Tim Holtz Water Brush,  Weathered Copper Patinas, Big Shot, Vintaj Relief Sanding Block, Vintaj Natural Brass Hardware and Patinas.

Another idea is to stipple the color directly to the brass Vintaj. Blot with Paper Towel and add a second third color. Blot and if desired, add third color.

Use the Vintaj Relief Sanding Block to finish and polish your embellishment. Then CREATE!
