JUST BECAUSE....

Hello Everyone! I appreciate you stopping by! The past 4 years, I have been working my butt off on my home based business with Norwex and haven't done much paper crafting. A few months ago, my friend Holly Brown invited me to join a Design Team. At the same time, my business slowed down a little and I enjoyed having some more ME TIME and to work on the things I love to do. Taking care of myself emotionally, spiritually and feeding my artistic side was something I had set aside while I worked my business. Now, I am still working my business, but have found a way to get more balanced. My new website "CREATING WITH CHRISSY" will be all about: Creating the life we want filled with balance, work, hope and crafting. Best of all, I will be sharing tips on how to save time, money and your health with Norwex and diet!

This weekend, I played along with the Splitcoast Stampers Featured Stamper Challengeand boy was in for a pleasing view when I saw the talented Vickie Y's gallery. She had so many fabulous projects to case!

I decided to CASE her Snoopy at the beach card.

The changes I made were the colors, the papers, the image and I flipped the focal point to have the rounded corner on the opposite side.

Stamps: Peony Square by Art Neko
Paper: Gold Leaves on a Field of White, fabric papers, Cocoa, Pink, Raspberry
Accessories: Flowers, bling, Dimensionals , Mini Glue Dots

Now for my second project... Now look closely - because the WHITE ink is the outline of the image. :) I love these Glossy Papers from The Paper Temptress.

Here are some more details:

Hmm, and just today I was wondering about where to get glossy black card, only to find that the shipping would be prohibitive. Still, I can enjoy looking at it here - it looks fab with the white stamping and the gorgeous red and black background.

You can make $20 for each 20 minute survey!

Guess what? This is exactly what large companies are paying me for. They need to know what their customer base needs and wants. So big companies pay $1,000,000's of dollars every month to the average person. In return, the average person, like myself, fills out surveys and gives them their opinion.
