EYES OF ADVENTURE AND FABLES

Hello Everyone!!! If this is your first stop of the day, you will want to head back to the beginning which is Danni's Blog to see all of the FABULOUS new images - otherwise, if you came from Kim's Blog, you are in the RIGHT PLACE! It is time for another exciting SCACD Stamp Release!!! SCACD is thrilled to bring you the follow up to the super sweet Eyes of Beauty and Dreams Collection with Newest Eyes of Adventure and Fables Collection. We definitely think the Eyes have it!!! These eyes just capture your heart and even better each stamp comes with an accessory image!!! Today I get to introduce Bon Jour Eyes and  Oceanic Eyes...
I thought I would try a little whimsical painting with this image. I stamped the Oceanic Eyes Beauty in Black Staz On Ink and grabbed my Tim Holtz Water Brush and stippled and painted with 3-D Stamp Paint in Lime Green, Rose and Gold. I used the Craft Concept Silver Fern embossing folder on white cardstock and sponged it with pink ink. I mounted the Take Note Collection patterned paper on Chocolate card stock and paper pierced with my piercing tool. Using the Ornate Hinge Dies by SCACD I added an embellishment along the side and created a little sea plants. Using the Viva Pearl Paint Brown, I added some detailing in the corners.

Isn't the little sea creature CUTE????

Now for a  REGAL LADY called Bon Jour Eyes ...  As soon as I saw her, I envisioned her in RED! I tried something a bit different for her hair color using a new color combo for me. I used Copic Markers in E49, E44, E43 then added E39. Susana has the Shinhan Art Markers too - check them out!

I used the Teresa Collins Christmas Cottage Designer Paper  as the background and colored the  Bon Jour Eyes and cut her out using paper snips to create a look of a formal ball room. Using the beautiful Dies by SCACD I used the Alice's Clock Statement Corner to create a ballroom clock and the Vintage Fountain Die.  I used the Susana Loves Stamp Mixed Media stamp called The Authentic Words colored it and cut it out and mounted it on Sticky Thumb Dimensionals. To finish off the project I used

Quixotic Paperie will be carrying these so all of our International friends can get yours HERE!  Have a blast being inspired by these beauties, as our Design Team shares their GORGEOUS creations!  Now - let's CRACK THAT WHIP!!! From here you will head on over to Alex's Blog and see what she has in store for you!

Have fun Hopping! Have a wonderful day!

Both cards are amazing!

Your coloring is fabulous!

I love how you used the dies! Turning the Ornate Hinge into a sea plant was sooooo clever.

I also love how you used the dies to create perfect elegant scenery for Bonjour Eyes.
