CLIPPED CORNERS BIRTHDAY


Hello! Today is Blogger Challenge Day and this week's Challenge is to create a BIRTHDAY card! Here are some more details...


I used the SCS Sketch Challenge today along with Marks Finest Papers Butterflies, Dianthus and Flourishes.... Such a pretty set!

I also used the Technique Junkie Newsletter and the technique Clipped Corners...

Colored with Copic RV14, Rv000, RV19, YG63, YG67 and YG00 - threw in a bit of BG000 for shading.... and Stickles to add a bit of glimmer!

The background embossing is ODBD's Large Butterfly Plate...



Here are a few more details:

Stamps: Butterflies, Dianthus and Flourishes from Mark's Finest Papers
Paper: Baja, Mambo Melon, White, Saffron
Ink: See above for copics, White Craft, Memento Black
Accessories: Button Brads, 1/16th hole punch, MS Flower border punch,Large Butterfly Embossing Plate, Ecstasy Crafts Small Template, yellow grosgrain
Techniques: Clipped Corners

I can't believe how beautiful and colorful this card is! It is lovely, Chris! I really love how you colored the centers on the flowers. Wonderful!
