BLOG HOP DAY TWO & TECHNIQUE JUNKIES PIGMENT SCRUNCH

Today is DAY TWO of the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps Blog Hop!

Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps is a sponsor to the Technique Junkies Newsletter. Do you subscribe? If you do not, I would really encourage you to do so! Each newsletter has step by step directions with pictures to do each technique. In addition to that, this month's newsletter is geared to techniques for stamping on a budget! How FABULOUS is that!? Be sure to check out the Technique Junkies Newsletter!

The February TJ Newsletter just went live yesterday, so I jumped right in to try out the Pigment Scrunch. With the small amount of material I used, I was able to make several backgrounds for use on future cards...

I thought these colors were fresh and bright and perfect for a BRIGHT card using my Autumn Blessings stamp set that is on sale right now at Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps!

Here are the details of my project:

Stamp Sets: All in a Row by SU, Autumn Blessings, Distressed Backgrounds and Trust In the Lord by Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps

Cardstock: Gable Green, Basic Black, Real Red, So Saffron, Whisper White

Ink:Colorbox Ink Refills, Basic Black, Copics

Accessories: Paper Piercing Tool, Mat Pack, Primas, Buttons, Glue Dots, Brayer, Rounded Tab Punch, Circle Punch, Large Oval Punch, Real Red 5/8 grosgrain, Black Hodgepodge

I rarely use Gable Green...reminds me of apples. What do you think?

Be sure to HOP over to the rest of the Design Team's blogs to check out their creations!

On the side bar is the rest of the DT, many of them play along during this week too!

One last thing! Korin has started to do weekly Sketch Challenges on Paper Craft Planet and this was also my take on this particular sketch. When you create a project using this sketch upload to Paper Craft Planet and use the Keyword SNSPCPSC2. Here is the link to Paper Craft Planet.

Have a fabulous day!
