BLOGGERS CHALLENGE: HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Hello! Today is Bloggers Challenge Day and we are CELEBRATING the Blogger Challenge Creator's birthday - HAPPY BIRTHDAY LISA SOMERVILLE! And obviously, we are supposed to make BIRTHDAY cards! Since I am on my stamping retreat, I am making a BUNCH of cards so I had TWO to share with you today.

My first BIRTHDAY card also incorporates Mo's Digital Pencil's Challenge - which is to make a card ANY shape BUT a rectangle or square... so I used a Scrapbooking Die Cut and traced it to create a CARD base - then incorporated my Nestibilities and circle cutter...

Here are a few more details for this one...

Stamps: Digital Image of Step Sisters (Adorable I love this one!) by Mo's Digital Pencil, Words are from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps
Cardstock: Eggplant, Turquoise, Gable Green, White
Accessories: Copics, Nestibilities, CM Circle Cutter, Black Glazed Gel Pens, Eggplant Rick Rack, Dew Drops, Mini Glue Dots

My second card uses the Technique - Glassy Embossing from Technique Junkies and a new to me company called Twisted Papers but is also a Sponsor of Technique Junkies! This beautiful floral image you can find HERE along with MANY others!

Here are a few more details:
Stamps: Digital Image from Twisted Paper, Words are from SU
Cardstock: Basic Grey Origins, Garden Green, Barely Banana, White
Accessories: EP, Heat Tool, Big Shot, Swiss Dots, Gems, Dimensionals, Versamark

Thanks so much for stopping by and taking a closer look! Have a WONDERFUL weekend! I should have MORE posted tomorrow... Hop on over to Lisa Somerville's Blog and wish her a HAPPY BIRTHDAY and to see other Blogger Challenge Participants projects click on the Blogger Challenge link on the side bar!
