I chose the Madras technique from the Technique Junkie Newsletter, masking the area for the sun. This technique comes from the Oct. 2006 issue.
The elephant charm comes from Mark's Finest Papers. I LOVE that they have charms to coordinate with their images and papers.

Both of these cards are fabulous in their own style. I love Vintage cards, and yours is so beautiful. The cameo is so pretty in that painted gold. (What a talent to get in the tighter spots!) Love the paper.
The second card I just love. My Mother-in-Law who passed away collected elephants, and any time we see one, we think of her with so much love. She would have loved this card,too. The colors are so vibrant, and that sun is just amazing! I love the elephant images...and the charm is like the cherry on a sundae! Beautiful work, Chris.
