BACKGROUND WHIMSY - DYE METHOD

 Hello! Happy Tuesday! Today, I am sharing a card from the latest Technique Junkie Newsletter! This card uses the Background Whimsy, Dye Method technique from the June/ July 2010 Edition. It was so much fun to create!

Stamps: English Rose Tile Collage from I BRAKE FOR STAMPS, All in a Row for Faux stitching, retired SU, Rough texture wheel for background
Cardstock: Baja Breeze, Black, White, Dark Sea Blue
Accessories: Primas, Pearl gems, Scallop punch, white gel pen
